Before the system implementation, there was no data logging for the product, and no testing facility existed for the product in four distinct cycles. This system is crucial to rectify these deficiencies, providing a comprehensive solution for testing the product across various cycles and saving parameters for each product.

Product Testing & Data Recoding

The system operates by testing products according to predefined cycles set in the SCADA recipe, recording key parameters such as voltage, current, power factor, and power per minnute.

SCADA efficiently controls the entire cycle, with data saved against a scanned QR code before initiation. This allows for comprehensive reporting on a specific product cycle, filtered by QR code and date. Moreover, the system provides traceability, enabling tracking of a product through its QR Code.

This integrated solution enhances precision, efficiency, and traceability in product testing and reporting, contributing to a robust quality control framework.
