This project focused on enhancing the performance and efficiency of a Laminate Tube Body Maker, a critical machine in the tube packaging process.

Aneeta Technopack needed a high-speed, high-quality body-making solution for laminate tubes to meet growing production demands while maintaining product consistency.
Solutions
We delivered a servo-based electronic gearing and camming solution capable of producing 120 laminate tube bodies per minute. The system uses nine servo motors, centrally controlled via a motion controller, ensuring synchronized, high-precision operations.
An intuitive HMI (Human-Machine Interface) provides operators with real-time monitoring and full control over the production process, enabling on-the-fly adjustments and optimizing operational efficiency.
